* Councilwoman O'Connor is a program Monitor for the Ocean County Office of Senior Services. She is the Ocean County Coordinator for the State Health Insurance Assistance Program and a Senior Citizens State Art Coordinator.
* She is a member of the New Jersey Medicare Part B Beneficiary Liaison Council, The Kiwanis and the League of Women Voters. She chairs the Ocean County Advisory Commission on the Status of Women and was a 2000-2001 Christine Todd Whitman Excellence in Public Service Scholar.
* She has a B.S. from the College Misericordia, Dallas, Pennsylvania. She is a Graduate of Southern Regional High School and the Stafford Township Elementary School. Councilwoman O'Connor has 2 daughters: Jennifer and Kimberly.
