REQUEST FOR SEALED FORMAL QUOTE PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN by the Township of Stafford, that sealed formal quote proposals, in compliance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., addressed to Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent of the Township of Stafford will be received up to 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on July 29, 2020 at Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.

At which time, sealed formal quotes will be publicly opened and thereafter read aloud in the Council Meeting Room of the Stafford Township Municipal Building, on the First Floor, 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. SEALED PACKAGE or SEALED ENVELOPE MUST BE ENDORSED AS FOLLOWS:

 OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications or any additional information may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050, 609-597-1000 Ext 8521 or 8522 during regular business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

QUOTE PROPOSAL MUST BE SEALED, ADDRESSED AND DELIVERED TO: Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Bids will not be accepted after 2:00 PM on July 29, 2020.

Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
