HEARING ON PROPOSED MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT TO ADOPT

A HOUSING ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the Stafford Township Planning Board will hold a public hearing on a Master Plan Amendment to adopt the proposed Stafford Township Housing Element and Fair Share Plan.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that members of the public who wish to attend and/or participate in these public meeting proceedings may attend the Stafford Township Planning Board meeting at the address below:

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, prepared by CME Associates, Inc., dated June 2, 2025, will be on file with the Township Clerk and will be available for public inspection beginning June 15, 2025, during the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday at the Township Municipal Building, 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, New Jersey.
