NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN by the Township of Stafford, acting as Lead Agency on behalf of the Stafford Township Cooperative Pricing System (ID# 33-OCCPS) and its members that sealed bids addressed to Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent of the Township of Stafford will be received up to 2:00pm prevailing time on April 10, 2026 at Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
At which time, sealed bids will be publicly opened and thereafter read aloud in the Council Meeting Room of the Stafford Township Municipal Building, on the First Floor, 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. SEALED PACKAGE or SEALED ENVELOPE MUST BE ENDORSED AS FOLLOWS:

OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications or any additional information may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050, 609-597-1000 Ext 8521 during regular business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
BID MUST BE SEALED, ADDRESSED AND DELIVERED TO: Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Bids will not be accepted after 2:00 pm on April 10, 2026.
Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
