The Township of Stafford invites residents to attend an upcoming Resilient Stafford Workshop to learn more about the planned Mill Creek dredging and marsh restoration project.

This workshop will provide an overview of the project, including efforts to restore proper water flow and navigation, while beneficially reusing dredged materials for nearby marsh restoration. These improvements will help strengthen natural defenses against storm impacts, enhance wildlife habitat, and improve overall ecosystem health.
Representatives from the Township and ACT Engineers will be present. This project is funded by the NJDEP's Natural Climate Solutions Grant Program with partnership and coordination efforts provided by USFWS.
