TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD

Calendar Year 2026

Stafford Township acts as Lead Agency in a cooperative purchasing agreement in cooperation with the Townships of Barnegat, Berkeley, Brick, Howell, Jackson, Lacey, Lakewood, Little Egg Harbor, Long Beach, Manchester, Medford, Ocean (Waretown), Pemberton and Toms River, the Boroughs of Bay Head, Barnegat Light, Beach Haven, Beachwood, Belmar, Bradley Beach, Harvey Cedars, Lavallette, Pemberton, Pine Beach, Point Pleasant, Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights, Seaside Park, Ship Bottom, South Toms River, Tuckerton; City of Margate, and the Boards of Education of Barnegat, Brick, Jackson, Manchester, Pinelands Regional, Stafford, Southern Regional and the Municipal Utilities Authorities of Atlantic County, Brick,  Little Egg Harbor, Washington (Morris) and Fire District of Toms River Commissioners Fire District #2.

            Under this system, Stafford Township solicits competitive bids for various items purchased by participating contracting units.   This is a Cooperative Pricing System as defined and regulated by NJAC 5:34-7.  Interested citizens or vendors may obtain information regarding the manner of operation of this system by contacting Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Township of Stafford, 260 E.
