The Township of Stafford will be repaving Breakers Drive from Neptune Drive to Route 72. Earle Asphalt has been awarded the project and will start the work on March 8, 2021. The road project is being funded through the New Jersey Department of Transportation’s Municipal Aid program. The project will begin with concrete curb and driveway work on Breakers Drive starting at Route 72 and working towards Neptune Drive for a period of approximately two weeks. After this preliminary work is finished, the paving of the road will begin. Mayor Myhre and the Township Council will continue to look for these opportunities to improve the Township’s roadways.
