Construction of upgrades and improvements to Stafford Township Beach Haven West Sanitary Sewer Replacement Phase 3 (Bid #2021-020) were financed by the New Jersey Water Bank (NJWB).  The NJWB is a State Revolving Fund program jointly administered by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (NJIB) and uses a combination of funds provided by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the DEP, and the NJIB to provide very low interest loans to borrowers for environmental infrastructure projects.

This project will provide water quality benefits by the removal and reconstruction of sanitary sewer system including manholes, sanitary sewer and laterals.  Pavement and drainage improvements will include improvements to the existing drainage cross drain system, reconstruction of catch basin and full width mill and overlay of the entire roadway for residents and businesses in Beach Haven West within Morris Boulevard, to the terminus of Joan Drive, the terminus of Robert Drive, the terminus of Jeffrey Drive, from Jennifer Lane to the intersection of Jeri-Ann Drive, Jennie Drive to the terminus and Morris Boulevard between Joan Drive and the intersection of the on ramp for Route 72.
