Stafford Township, NJ – On September 27, 2024, at approximately 10 AM, Richard Rivituso (69 years old of Hollywood Road in Point Pleasant, NJ) was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $$330.00 of merchandise from Shop Rite located at 297 Route 72 East in Manahawkin. Rivituso was placed under arrest at police headquarters, charged with Shoplifting 2C:20-11, and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Officer Patrick Walker was the arresting officer.
