Stafford Township, NJ – On August 19, 2025, Chelsey Perez, (23 years old of Waldo Avenue in East Rockaway, NY) was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $2,100.00 of merchandise from Ulta Beauty located at 227 Stafford Park Boulevard in Manahawkin stemming from a shoplifting incident that occurred in June 2025. Perez was charged with one (1) count of 3rd Degree Shoplifting 2C:20-11B(2), one (1) count of 4th Degree Conspiracy 2C:5-2a(1) and was lodged in Ocean County Jail on a criminal complaint warrant to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Detective Zac Halliday was the investigating officer.
