ORDINANCE NO. 2026-10
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING THE STAFFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL CODE, SO AS TO CREATE CHAPTER 90, ENTITLED “CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS; CLEAN AND SAFE WORKSITES”
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance No. 2026-10 was introduced and passed on 1st reading by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Stafford at their meeting held on the 3rd day of February, 2026. The purpose of this ordinance is to impose regulations for construction site practices to ensure compliance with environmentally responsible and safe procedures. This Ordinance is scheduled for public comment and adoption at the March 3, 2026 Council Meeting. All Council Meetings are located at the Municipal Building, 260 E. Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ at 7:00 pm. Copies of this Ordinance are available at the Township Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
