ORDINANCE NO. 2026 - 13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 111 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE, ENTITLED “FIRE PREVENTION” SO AS TO CREATE SECTION 111-6A, ENTITLED “SMOKE DETECTOR INSPECTION FEES”
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance No. 2026-13 was introduced and passed on 1st reading by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Stafford at their meeting held on the 3rd day of March, 2026. The purpose of this ordinance is to create a new section in the Township Code to establish fees for smoke detector inspections. This Ordinance is scheduled for public comment and adoption at the March 31, 2026 Council meeting. All Council meetings are located at the Municipal Building, 260 E. Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ at 7:00 pm. Copies of this Ordinance are available at the Township Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
