Stafford Township, NJ – On September 26, 2024, at approximately 8 PM, Melissa Rubel (46 years old of Melanie Way in Manahawkin, NJ) was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $164.49 of merchandise over four different incidents from Target located at 209 Stafford Park Blvd in Manahawkin. Rubel responded to police headquarters, was charged with Shoplifting 2C:20-11, and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Stafford Township Municipal Court. Officer Sean O'Rourke was the arresting officer.
