Stafford Township, NJ – On March 4, 2025, Debra Incitti, (72 years old of Garden Path, Barnegat NJ) was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $373 of merchandise from ShopRite located at 297 Route 72 in Manahawkin stemming from multiple shoplifting incidents between December 2024 and January 2025. Incitti was charged with six (6) counts of Shoplifting 2C:20-11, and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Stafford Township Municipal Court. Detective Zac Halliday was the investigating officer.
