AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMENT THROUGH A PORTION OF BLOCK 159.04, LOT 484 (PAUL BOULEVARD)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance No. 2026-08 was introduced and passed on 1st reading by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Stafford at their meeting held on the 3rd day of February, 2026. The purpose of this Ordinance authorizes the acceptance of a new five-foot wide drainage easement through a portion of Block 159.04, Lot 484, with an address of 1351 Paul Boulevard. This Ordinance is scheduled for public comment and adoption at the March 3, 2026 Council Meeting. All Council Meetings are located at the Municipal Building, 260 E. Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ at 7:00 pm. Copies of this Ordinance are available at the Township Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
