Stafford Township, NJ – On May 13, 2025, following the investigation of a shoplifting incident, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Luis E. Caro-Valencia (29 years old), of Rio Grande Drive in Toms River, New Jersey.
On March 20, 2025, Caro-Valencia and an unidentified male entered Kohl’s, located at 205 Route 72 West in Manahawkin, and proceeded to steal approximately $1,370.00 worth of merchandise. Caro-Valencia was charged with one (1) count of 3rd Degree Shoplifting in violation of N.J.S.A 2C: 20-11b(2). Detective Mocanu was the investigating officer.
