Stafford Township, NJ- May 28, 2025- Investigation conducted by the Stafford Township Police Detective Bureau led to a warrant being issued for Fred. W. Mockshell (24 years old of Ghana, Africa). He was charged with six counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-6h and five counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3a. Mockshell was reportedly an in-home health aide of the victim.
As a reminder, the Stafford Township Police Department does not release arrest photos of defendants. All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
