Stafford Township, NJ - On Friday, May 30th, 2025, at approximately 5 PM, the Stafford Township Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) conducted a motor vehicle stop which led to the arrest of 42 year old Steven M. Fusciardi of Forge Road in West Creek, New Jersey and 39 year old Michele L. Fusciardi of Jackson Street in Freehold, New Jersey. 

Investigation revealed that Michele had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Stafford Township Municipal Court and Steven had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Monroe Township Municipal Court.  Additionally, suspected methamphetamine was located in the vehicle and suspected heroin/fentanyl was located in Michele's belongings. 

Ultimately, Michele Fusciardi was charged with 2C:35-10A(1) Possession of Methamphetamine (3rd Degree), Possession of Heroin (3rd Degree), and 2C:36-2A Drug Paraphernalia. After being processed at Stafford Township Police Department, Michele Fusciardi was transported to Ocean County Jail. Steven Fusciardi posted full bail for his outstanding warrant and was released with a new court date.
