Stafford Township, NJ – On January 22, 2026, at approximately 1:00 AM, Charles Taylor (39 years old of Grays Road, Barnegat, NJ) was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance 2C:35-10a(1), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2C:36-2 during a traffic stop that was conducted by Stafford Township Police in the area of Grays Road in Warren Grove.  With the assistance of Det. Zach Wiatrowski and his K9 partner Venus, suspected Methamphetamine and paraphernalia was located within Taylor's vehicle.  He was transported to Ocean County Jail with a criminal complaint warrant to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Officer Ryan Cahill was the arresting officer.
