Ocean County D.O.T. will be closing 1 lane on HIlliard Boulevard from East Bay Ave towards Route 9 to continue the Mill / Pave project. FROM Route 9 towards East Bay Avenue will remain open. Detours will be in place, so please leave earlier if this is your normal route to account for additional travel time.
